📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the tissue products industry.
• Train and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and sales procedures.
• Represent APP Group at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with sales management software such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
