Cafe Joko Motor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Binjai branch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and revenue goals, and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
