📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Conduct on-camera shoots and interviews to produce high-quality video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide creative input and ideas for new content initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience with on-camera talent and video production.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
