Perdana Media Investment is seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant for Accessories and Mobile Phones to join our team in Depok, DI Yogyakarta. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your retail skills while contributing to a vibrant and customer-focused environment. As a Counter Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

In this role, you'll daily handle customer inquiries, manage transactions, and maintain a well-organized display of our extensive range of mobile accessories and devices. Our store is equipped with the latest point-of-sale systems, including SAP Retail and Oracle Retail, which you'll use to process transactions efficiently. You'll also work closely with our sales team to ensure our inventory is up-to-date and our promotions are effectively communicated to customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, including SAP Retail and Oracle Retail, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store display, ensuring all products are presented attractively and are in stock.
• Handle cash and card payments, and manage the cash drawer to prevent discrepancies.
• Assist in stock management by updating inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
• Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting new arrivals and special offers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in electronics or accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, including SAP Retail and Oracle Retail, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of mobile accessories and devices is beneficial.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
