📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs documentation for export and import processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues.
• Utilize SAP to streamline customs and trade processes.
• Monitor and report on customs clearance times and costs.
• Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures.
• Handle customs clearance for a variety of goods, including perishable items and high-value consignments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in customs administration.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Certification in customs administration or international trade is a plus.
