📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations and company standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.,Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and food preparation methods.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
