In your day-to-day work, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential borrowers, assessing their financial needs, and developing customized loan solutions. You'll also be responsible for managing the loan application process, including collecting and verifying documentation, conducting credit checks, and approving or rejecting loan applications. Additionally, you'll be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to borrowers throughout the life of their loan, including monitoring their financial performance and providing advice on financial management and growth strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and qualify potential borrowers, assessing their financial needs and developing customized loan solutions.
• Manage the loan application process, including collecting and verifying documentation, conducting credit checks, and approving or rejecting loan applications.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to borrowers throughout the life of their loan, including monitoring their financial performance and providing advice on financial management and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the loan origination team to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and entrepreneurs, both as potential borrowers and as partners in our mission to support local economic growth.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our unsecured business loan products and services.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of loan applications, borrower performance, and other key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, loan origination, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of unsecured business loan products and services, including the ability to explain them clearly and effectively to potential borrowers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information and make sound recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with loan origination software, such as LoanPro or Encompass.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
