📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Oversee daily tasks and ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in training and developing new crew members.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
