📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales counter team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer service software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
