📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet health and safety standards.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.,Work with the team to ensure that all food items are prepared and served on time.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert preparation.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
