Hotel Lestari Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clinic has the necessary supplies and materials to provide high-quality dental services. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying needs to negotiating prices and managing supplier relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement plans and strategies to meet the clinic's needs.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and prices.,Manage the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to ensure adequate stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Participate in supplier development programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with dental supplies and equipment is a plus.
