🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
