📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales process, including order taking, inventory management, and customer service.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and product knowledge.,Support the store manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
