📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.,Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Attend meetings and events as required to represent the company.,Develop and implement training programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and projects.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
