This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our store and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and customer service area.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Perform inventory checks and restocking as needed.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or customer service representative is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer and POS system operations.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
