📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
