📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to maintain cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
