📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation solutions using AI, RPA, and machine learning to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop intelligent automation strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the implementation and use of automation solutions.
• Monitor and analyze automation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in intelligent automation and automation software.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for intelligent automation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation software.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
