📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and provide audit recommendations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and suggesting improvements.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing support to the audit committee and senior management in decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.
