📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and maintain our company's social media presence.,Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
