📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
