📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Track and report sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
