📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems and processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in logistics and warehouse management.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
