📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of the tourism industry is a plus.
