📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
