📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and selecting candidates.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic HR plans.,Ensure that the company's HR practices are in line with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
