📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management, including recommendations for corrective actions.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in financial and operational processes.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.,Assisting in the preparation of annual audit plans and budgets.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
