📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Verify the quality of printed materials using quality control tools and techniques.
- Manage the dispatch process, including packing, labeling, and shipping orders to customers.
- Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that every order meets our high standards of quality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary materials and supplies on hand.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of printing equipment and machinery.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and logistics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or logistics role.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with dispatch and logistics management systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital printing technology and processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Control, Logistics, or a related discipline.
