Community Facilitator for Slum-Free City Initiative

Join our mission to transform urban communities in Bangka Belitung as a Facilitator for a Slum-Free City (Fasilitator Kota Tanpa Kumuh). As a Community Facilitator for the Slum-Free City Initiative, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various projects aimed at reducing slum areas and enhancing urban infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and implement projects aimed at reducing slum areas and enhancing urban infrastructure.
• Work closely with local governments, NGOs, and residents to promote community well-being.
• Develop and manage community engagement strategies to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
• Provide technical assistance and training to local communities on sustainable development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local governments, NGOs, and residents to foster a collaborative environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with GIS software and urban planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bangka Belitung as needed.
• Commitment to sustainable development and community engagement.
