📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of copper mining assets, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operational performance and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, engineers, and safety officers, to ensure the successful execution of mining projects.
• Utilize advanced mining software, such as AutoCAD and Surpac, to analyze data, create detailed reports, and make informed decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the implementation of sustainable mining practices, including responsible resource management and environmental stewardship.
• Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in copper mining operations, with a proven track record of success in asset management.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental management, such as the Certified Professional in Mining (CPM) or the Certified Mining Safety Professional (CMSP).
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of mining software, including AutoCAD, Surpac, and other industry-standard tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
