📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement advanced data models for credit scoring using Python, R, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the performance of different models.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data science best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.
