📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the company's procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of used cars.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including car dealerships, auctions, and wholesalers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of used cars to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to implement and monitor procurement strategies and KPIs.
• Leverage data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI to track and analyze procurement metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in used car procurement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on used car industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
