📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Representing the brand and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting, ensuring they find the perfect items.
• Promoting sales and special offers to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
• Assisting with point-of-sale transactions and handling cash and credit card payments.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse customer base.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and retail software.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 kg.
