Head & Staff Accounting

PT Sastra Indah Megahmas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head & Staff Accounting to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support our accounting functions while contributing to the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic advice to the management. As the Head & Staff Accounting at PT Sastra Indah Megahmas, you will be at the forefront of our financial management, working closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, as well as provide training and mentorship to the accounting staff. Your expertise in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks will be essential in streamlining our financial processes and improving efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead and mentor the accounting staff, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic advice and insights to the management.
• Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and assist in tax planning and preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
