📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Analyze and optimize our cash flow, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to monitor and improve our Accounts Receivable performance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the retail operations team, ensuring they have the resources and information they need to succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail finance, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior finance professionals, fostering a culture of learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, with a strong background in retail finance.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
