📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the acceptance and configuration of batch processes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to batch processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for batch process management and configuration.
• Monitor and analyze batch process performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on batch process management and configuration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in batch process management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to batch process management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems and processes, with a focus on batch process management and configuration.
• Proven experience in overseeing the acceptance and configuration of batch processes in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of batch process management tools and technologies, such as IBM Sterling, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in IT systems and processes, such as ITIL, PMP, or similar, are a plus.
